At the same time, the HC has set certain conditions for Rhea Chakraborty’s bail. She has to deposit her passport, mark presence for 10 days at the police station after release, cannot travel abroad, furnish bail bond of Rs 1 lakh and cannot meet any other witness.
Rhea Chakraborty was arrested on September 8 by the Narcotics Control Bureau on charges of organizing drugs for late actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
