Mathura: A court here admitted the plea seeking to remove the mosque situated adjacent to Krishna Janmabhoomi on Friday.
“We had approached the civil court in Mathura for this case before the civil senior division. The entire land of 13.37-acre land belongs to Lord Krishna Virajman. Today, the district judge has given a notice to all the parties and the next hearing will be on November 18,” said Vishnu Jain, Petitioner.
The court has issued notice to Shahi Idgah Mosque trust and Sunni Waqf Board to appear in the court on November 18.
“The plea stated that if the property of the deity has been misused, the worshipper has got every right to sue offenders. It was also submitted to the court that the five-judge bench in the Ayodhya case has ruled that a worshipper has a right to protect the property of the deity” counsel for the petitioners Vishnu Jain told news agency PTI.
