New Delhi: India recorded new 54,366 new cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours taking the tally to 77,61,312 on Friday.
According to the Union Health Ministry, the COVID-19 count includes 6,95,509 active cases and 69,48,497 recoveries.
The cumulative death toll has reached 1,17,306 after 690 deaths were reported in the last 24 hours.
Kerala has 93,527 active cases while 2,67,082 patients have been cured and 1,232 deaths recorded.
