New Delhi : The Supreme Court refuses to consider KM Shaji’s appeal against the disqualification from Azhikode Assembly constituency. Chief Justice rejects the request to consider the case on 26th. on the other hand the Court observed that, Shaji can be a part of legislative acts however he will not be entitled to receive any benefits. The Chief Justice asked Shaji’s lawyer is it his client’s intention to be an MLA on the back support s stay order.
The stay issued by the High Court on Shaji’s disqualification will end tomorrow.
