BJP candidate Suvendu Adhikari is leading with around 7,000 votes. However, overall counting at Nandigram block 1 will be crucial and it will decide the results of the constituency.
Mamata Banerjee is expected to make up the losses and give a tough fight to Suvendu Adhikari. According to the latest updates from the Election Commission, Adhikari is leading with a margin of over 3,775 votes. The earlier margin was 8,000 votes in the third round.
Mamata Banerjee has got 34,430 votes while Suvendu Adhikari has got 30,655 votes in the fifth round.
As of the latest updates, TMC is leading on 208 seats while the BJP is leading in 80 seats. The ISF is also leading in two seats.
