Jaipur: BJP chief JP Nadda said Thursday that agreements on space, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), and tech support were signed during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s recent visit to the USA, unlike in the past when Prime Ministers used to discuss terrorism during such tours. Addressing a rally in Rajasthan’s Bharatpur, he also targeted rival parties and claimed that the BJP has eliminated dynastic and vote-bank politics.
“Earlier, Indian prime ministers used to discuss terrorism issues during US visits. Prime Minister Modi signs agreements on space, FDI, technology, and support,” Nadda said. Nadda emphasised the unity within the BJP, stating, “While others have become parties of families, in the BJP, the party is family.”
Highlighting the accomplishments under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership, the BJP’s national president mentioned that discussions about India no longer revolve around Pakistan. “Under PM Modi’s leadership, we have achieved the ability to keep the country safe,” he said.
Before addressing the rally, Nadda inaugurated the newly constructed BJP party office in Bharatpur in the presence of former Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje and other party leaders.
