Marking another milestone, the Chandrayaan-3 lander has successfully executed its third and final orbital descent. This achievement was realised in the early hours of today. As a result, the spacecraft is now positioned within an orbit ranging from 25 km, its closest proximity to the moon, to 154 km at its farthest point. The groundwork is being laid for meticulous preparation to ensure a smooth and controlled soft landing on the lunar surface.
