New Delhi: The top court has dismissed the plea of Congress against Election Commission. The Supreme Court has taken this decision over Congress MP Susmitha Dev’s plea in which she had alleged that the Election Commission has not taken any action against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP Chief Amit Shah for their speeches and also for giving clean chits to both of them.
The Supreme Court has observed that the plea is outdated and the EC had already informed about the procedures.
