Raipur: A CRPF Sub-Inspector was killed in an attack by communist terrorists in Sukma, Chhattisgarh. The incident happened while CRPF personnel were combing the area. Another soldier got seriously hurt. The attack took place 400 kilometers away from Raipur.
The incident occurred in Bedre village under Jagarunda police station in Sukma. The CRPF unit was patrolling the area when the communist terrorists fired at them. Constable C. Ramu got injured in the shooting and was taken to the camp for treatment. Sub-Inspector Sudhakar Reddy was missing during the attack and was later found dead after a search conducted by CRPF and COBRA units.
