Mumbai: Viral Acharya, the Deputy Governor of Reserve Bank has resigned. Acharya’s term ends on 20 Jnuary, 2020. His resignation comes six months before his term ends.
Acharya was appointed as RBI Deputy Governor in the year 2017.He was in-charge of the monetary policy department.
