Bhopal: A hand grenade was found in a field in the Dwarkapuri area of Indore in Madhya Pradesh on Saturday night as reported by the local police. Locals who spotted the grenade informed the police and the bomb squad successfully defused the explosive device before sending it for further examination.
Anil Gupta, the in-charge of Dwarkapuri police station, reported that they received information about a hand grenade found on ITC grounds. Responding swiftly, a police team reached the location and sought assistance from the Bomb Disposal Squad, which successfully defused the grenade. The authorities are now conducting a thorough investigation to ascertain who left the explosive device in the field.
