Thiruvananthapuram: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will arrive in New Delhi today for a two-day visit. He will have a meeting with the Union Minister of State for Home Affairs, Amit Shah in the afternoon.
At 12 noon, he will visit Amit Shah’s office in Parliament seeking concessions on the matter relating to the Flood Relief Fund. He will also hold talks with the Minister for Road Transport and Highways of India,Nitin Gadkari, on the direction of the Central Government that the state should bear a portion of the cost for the development of the national highway.
Pinarayi Vijayan will also meet Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, Minister of State for Shipping Mansukh Mandaviya and Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri.
