Thiruvananthapuram: Sreejith Panickar, a prominent political analyst, openly ridiculed former Finance Minister Thomas Isaac’s disregard for the Enforcement Directorate’s (ED) summons. Sreejith Panickar said that it’s okay if you don’t respond to the notice seven times. But after nine times, the ED will sometimes enter the house and pick you up.
Thomas Isaac stated that nobody in Kerala is afraid of the Enforcement Directorate. He said that ED can only threaten the people in North Bharat. Thomas Isaac’s statement comes after the issuance of yet another summons by the ED, which is the seventh in the ongoing investigation in the Masala Bond case.
In the seventh summons, the ED has asked him to appear on April 2. Despite being summoned six times before, Thomas Isaac failed to appear before the ED. Thomas Isaac contends that the ED’s summons is entirely politically motivated. Additionally, he mentioned that many people are planning to spread malicious propaganda against him during this election.
