Thiruvanandapuram : Kunjanandan was sentenced for life imprisonment on January 2014. He was proved to be guilty in the brutal murder of T.P Chandrashekaran. By breaking the law, Kunjanandan was granted parole by the CPM Government. Initially 10 days was allowed, before the end of 10 days Kunjanandan requested for extending his parole for another 15 days, before ending his extended parole period Kunjanandan demanded another 15 days of levy from his imprisonment. Pinarayi Government denied many requests from other prisoners to satisfy its personal criminal’s freedom quench.
It was on 21st of September Kunjanandan was allowed with parole of 10 days by the ministry of home affairs, which extended up to 40 days. on the 16 of last month Kunjanndan was gifted with emergency parole by the Governemnt on his request.
In the course of the life imprisonment so far Kunjanndan enjoyed the comforts of his home for more than 384 days. The CPM Government is willing to allow Kunjanandan with more wavers as his services meant a lot for the political welfare of the leftist’s.
