Palakkad: The Judicial Commission, as a part of observing the flaws of the inquiry team, will meet the parents of the girls today. Commission will record the statements of the parents in the sitting scheduled at 11 am today at Guest House, Palakkad. Apart from the girls’ parents, the Judicial Commission will also record statement from Jalaja Madhavan, who served as the Public Prosecutor of the case for some months.
SP Siva Vikram had earlier committed that there were some defects in the probe done by the inquiry team. Following SP’s statement, state had to arrange retired District Judge P K Haneefa as Judicial Commission for further inquiry. The Commission had already taken statements from some officers and Public Prosecutor Latha Raju to get details regarding the case.
