Thiruvananthapuram : Minister G.Sudhakaran had ordered to suspend 3 secretariat officials. But the CM said otherwise. The illegal action taken in the State Construction Corporation is the reason for G.Sudhakaran’s order, CM directed the authority that no one will be suspended an investigation has to be done instead.

G Sudhakaran’s order was to suspend the former president of the Secretariat Association and the joint secretary to General Administration Department Sreelal, Clerk to Construction Corporation Aarthi Nair, and Chief Internal Audit Officer Rajesh. Aarthi Nair joined the corporation with deputation from Malabar Cements.

Sreelal has ordered that Aarthi Nair should get the same ex gratia and incentive from the corporation as equivalent to that of the Malabar Cements employees. In the report submitted by the MD to the Minister, MD looped in the fact that Sreelal has not notified the Corporation Finance Manager and the managing Director about his order favoring Athira Nair.

On the basis of the report the Minister ordered to suspend the corrupted, on which the final call was of the CM and he instructed that no one has to be suspended instead an investigation on the case must be done.

Hints on the CM melted under the strong influence, is the reason for his disagreement with G.Sudhakaran’s decision.
