Thiruvananthapuram : After the massive fire broke out, Manvila’s atmosphere is getting back to normal. The pollution Control Board had said that the region is safe. The level of Hydro carbon in the atmosphere is a bit high, however no threat.
The team under the pollution Control Board’s Chairman, did the primary investigation. The team come with findings on security failure, in the company, Family Plastics. 1.5 ton of raw material was in the factory, where half a ton is required on a shift. The fire fighting systems where in grave danger fighting such a blaze because of inflammable raw material stocked in abundance. On top of it, the Company authority had not informed on the fire break that happened 3 days ago though it was contained by the workers within.
