Kozhikode: A complaint has been received after vegetables got stolen from the community kitchen, that was regulated in the wake of coronavirus lockdown. The incident occurred in the community kitchen of the Government LP School in Perambra Changaroth Panchayat. The vegetables were stolen from the kitchen storeroom.
Bananas, tomatoes, onions and pumpkins have been stolen from the store room. The grill of the storeroom has been broken and it is believed that the thieves might have intruded through this.
When members of Kudumbasree came to cook food, they noticed the theft.
Following the incident, Peruvannamuzhi police reached the spot and began an investigation
