Thiruvananthapuram: Youth Congress activists filed a complaint with DGP against Minister Kadakampally Surendran alleging that he has violated lockdown norms.
A group of children were made to participate in a function at Pothencode school without the arrangement of safety measures. The function was organised to collect the savings of children to the Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund (CMDRF). The Youth Congress activists therefore complained against the function.
The Youth Congress also alleged that many political and social workers across the state are being charged in the name of lockdown violation therefore, Minister Kadakampally Surendan should not be spared and be charged.
