Thiruvananthapuram: A government official has been suspended for allegedly trying to defame the Chief Minister through WhatsApp group. Neyyar Assistant Wildlife Warden J Suresh has been suspended.
The main complaint against Suresh is that he tried to defame the Chief Minister through WhatsApp group. It is also alleged that Suresh had campaigned against deferring the salaries of government employees.
The order was issued by Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and Head of Forest Force PK Keshavan. Instead, Kandalloor Range Forest Officer Sandeep Kumar has been assigned to Neyyar.
