Kozhikode: The Indian Coffee House near Kozhikode corporation violated lockdown norms by serving food to the customers. The police soon arrived at the spot and made them shut the outlet.
People who came to have food at the House said that since three days it has been operational. Initially the food was being served at the back of the coffee house, but when the number of people increased it started serving food from the side near to the main road.
People entered through the back door of the Coffee House. Subsequently, the police came and closed the Coffee House.
Case will be filed against Manager and those who came to consume food. During the lockdown period, only parcel services are meant to be provided. However, the Indian Coffee House violated this protocol of lockdown.
