Kannur: Seva Bharati from Udayagiri in Kannur becomes a support to a distressed family after its workers built a house for them. The house was built for Chikkad native Pushpa.
Having realized the plight of the family, Seva Bharati had decided to build a house for her ten months ago. Finally the work was completed and the keys have been handed over to the family. RSS Prantheeya Saha Rural Vikas Pramukh P Sajeevan handed over the key in a simple function arranged owing to the lockdown period.
The money was raised from Keralites in abroad and local people’s donation. Many workers took to constructing the house without any remuneration.
