Kochi: Anganwadi teachers on Friday marched towards actor Sreenivasan’s house in Kochi demandin apology for the remarks he made against them. They said that legal action would be taken if the actor did not aplogise.
Sreenivasan in an interview was critical about Anganwadi workers wherein he stated that they are people who have no qualifications at all while in countries like Japan and others those who teach children are well qualified in psychiatry and psychology.
These remarks did not go well with the Anganwadi teachers and about 50 of them, maintaining lockdown protocols marched to the actors residence.
