ATM robbery case: The accused have been brought to Kerala

Kottayam: The culprits of ATM robbery case in Kochi and Thrissur were brought to Kerala. The mastermind behind the plan, Haneefa and his helping hand Naseem were bought to Kerala.

The main accused in the ATM robbery, Haneefa and his helper Naseem were arrested, four days ago. They were brought to Kerala this morning. The criminals were brought to Alappuzha by train and from there to Kottayam. Pappi Singh, another partner in crime, is in Tihar jail, punished for a crummy action. He will also soon be brought to Kerala. The team has expanded the search for the remaining three of the crime.

The accused are natives to Mewat, border lying area of Haryana and Rajasthan. The gang met at Bangalore and travelled to Kerala in big trucks. The muggers stole a pick up van from Kottayamn and made the move. The team robbed Rs.35 lakh from the ATMs of Cochin and Thrissur. There were three robbery attempts including the one at Kottayam.
