Thiruvananthapuram : Manvila plastic factory was set on fire by two of its workers as their wage was cut down says the accused. Bimal native of Chirayankeezh and Binu of Karyavattom are found guilty.
Police took them under custody last week for questioning. The fire started from the store room on the top floor. The plastic used to pack the goods was set on fire by a lighter, the workers, confessed to the police.
The police says that, one of the accused has mental instability. Both the workers reached the store room by 7.00pm and set the fire. CCTV footage lead police to the culprits.
