After Pinarayi Government took charge, 12 of the contract employees were dismissed from their duties without any explanation or prior notice. Five among those who lost their occupation, had approached the Court.
KT Jaleel on the other hand had appointed 21 new employees together. Allegations flow as, Jaleel made the appointments without even considering the economic stability of the corporation.
