Kozhikode: The state recorded five more deaths due to coronavirus on Sunday. Malappuram Tirurangadi native Abdul Khader (71), Kasaragod Kumbala native Abdul Rahman (70), Varghese (71) from Irinjalakuda succumbed to the infection.
Meanwhile, one person each from Kottayam and Kozhikode who had died earlier, were confirmed with the disease on Sunday.
