New Delhi: The controversial Activist Rehana Fathima has filed an anticipatory bail plea in the Supreme Court on Monday. She was booked for non-bailable offences under Juvenile Justice Act and IT Act.
The case pertains to a video she posted on her social media in which her children were seen painting on her half-naked body. The video was titled ‘Body and Politics’.
Rehana Fathima has moved SC after the Kerala High Court rejected her anticipatory bail plea. HC had dismissed her plea observing the probe stands the ground of POCSO Act.
Advocate Ranjith Mara filed the anticipatory bail plea for Rehana in the SC.
