Kochi: A special NIA court on Monday dismissed the bail petition of Swapna Suresh, the second accused in the gold smuggling case, on the basis of the evidence and case diary.
The court also ruled that UAPA would remain in the case.
The court said,”There is prima facie evidence that Swapna Suresh was involved in gold smuggling.”
