Thiruvananthapuram: As per Meteorological department, the state is likely to receive heavy rainfall after a low pressure formed in the Arabian Sea.
Yellow alert has been issued in Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Alappuzha, Ernakulam and Thrissur districts for today and tomorrow for Ernakulam.
Winds are likely along with heavy rainfall due to the effect of low pressure.
