Thiruvananthapuram: A health inspector has been booked after a complaint was lodged for allegedly molesting a woman who approached him seeking COVID negative certificate after the quarantine period.
As per the complaint, the official asked the woman to visit his residence to acquire the certificate where he molested her.
The Vellarada Police then transferred the case to Pangode police station as the incident took place under that station’s limit.
They have taken Jr Health Inspector Pradeep into custody over the complaint.
