Thiruvananthapuram: The UDF leadership has decided to give the Kuttanad seat to the Joseph faction of the Kerala Congress (M) in the bypolls.
P J Joseph came in the course of the meeting and informed that Jacob Abraham, who had contested from the seat in 2016.
