Thalassery: A complaint was lodged in connection with a family reunion of party workers held in the containment zone in violation of COVID-19 protocol.
New Mahi police have registered a case against 32 CPM workers, including local leaders, in connection with the incident that took place on 27th September.
The case was registered on the complaint of BJP constituency president and Thalassery municipal councilor K Lijesh. Lijesh, meanwhile, alleged that the police had delayed filing a case on his complaint.
