Thiruvananthapuram: CPM state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan said that the composure of the CPM workers should not be taken as an advantage by the means of political killings.
Kodiyeri said that the political parties in the state should be ready to give up the violent nature of politics.
The statements came after a BJP worker, Preman, was attacked by the CPM goons in Kannur. At the same time, the city police commissioner responded that they were investigating whether there was a political motive behind the murder attempt.
