Bengaluru: The Enforcement Directorate has obtained the custody of Muhammad Anoop for five days. He was earlier arrested by Narcotics Control Bureau in connection with the Bengaluru drug bust case.
ED has sought Anoop’s custody to probe into links with Bineesh Kodiyeri. This would be the second time Anoop will be questioned by ED.
In the first interrogation, ED had confirmed that Rs 50 lakh was credited to Anoop’s bank account from nearly 20 accounts. However, he had denied that he was unaware of the source of the money.
