Thiruvananthapuram: Gold smuggling case accused Rabins Hameed was arrested today by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) -one of the absconding accused in Kerala Gold Smuggling Case – at Kochi airport.
He was deported by the UAE government following Interpol’s Blue Corner notice against him.
The investigation agencies believe to get crucial information from him.
Earlier, a non-bailable warrant was issued against Rabins by the Kochi Economic Crimes Court.
