Kochi: The Enforcement Directorate has submitted an application seeking permission to interrogate accused Swapna Suresh ,PS Sarith and Sandeep Nair along with former principal secretary to Chief Minister M Sivasankar.
ED has submitted request for the judicial custody of Swapna, Sarith and Sandeep. The request will be considered by the Ernakulam Principal Sessions Court on Monday.
Sivasankar who is in the custody of ED has not cooperated with the interrogation on the third day also. Following which ED decided to quiz all the four together in connection with the money laundering case.
