Sannidhanam : Pilgrims trekking to Sabarimala with their irumudikett is haunted by the police for no reason. BJP MP V Muraleedharan and Nalin Kateel are protesting against the devotees arrest at Sannidhanam Police station.
MP V Muraleedharan demands an explanation on the action, directly from SP Pratheeshkumar.
Nine devotees from Paravoor were taken into police custody for staying back at Sannidhanam for more than 6 hours. The allegation against the devotees are not following the instructions by the police in their notice.
The other day police have arrested pilgrims for taking part in prayer protest, the devotees were charged with non-bailable offense and are remanded for 14 days.
