Ernakulam : The last rites of M I Shanavas, at his Ernakulam residence with all the official honors. The body was creminated at the grave yard at Kaloor Thottathumpadi Mosque. MPs, MLAs and other sympathizers were a part of the funeral.
Opposition party leader Ramesh Chennithala, MP M K Raghavan, K C Venugopal, Kodikunnil Suresh, MLA P K Basheer, Anwar Sadath, Roji John were present at the ceremony.
