Thrissur : The Archdiocese of Thrissur have not give up on the Bishop Franco Mulakal, who is accused in the case of raping a nun. The 2019 calendar of the Catholic Church is published with the photo and date of birth of Franco.
Franco Mulakkal’s date of birth, 25th of March is marked in honor and a photo of him published at an eye catching space. A fraction within the church is against this. More than one and a half lakh of houses under the Archdiocese will be distributed with the calendar carrying Franco’s photo.
Franco had a great reception as soon as he was bailed out. The death of the only witness who gave statement against Franco still remains a mystery.
