New Delhi : The PAN Card is mandatory from 5th December. The PAN card has been compulsory for all those who have more than 2.5 lakh financial transactions every year. The aim is to prevent tax evasion. The IT department has omitted the terms for adding father’s name or divorcees need not to mention it as well.
Citizens who have transaction of more than 2.5 lakh per annum must have a Pan Card otherwise they must apply for one before 31st May 2019.
