Sannidhanam : Police has arrested the kid who hailed Lord Ayyappas. The four year old was taken under custody against charges for “Swami Saranam” chant.
High Court has ordered that, there should not be any restriction up on prayer chanting. However the Pinarayi police violated High Court’s direction in public at Sannidhanam, today. The pilgrims were arrested from Vavar Nada and Sannidhanam for prayer chanting.
The Court has directed not to restrict Ayyapas trekking in group or hailing their deity. Police is evidently challenging the High Court’s instruction through their actions. Protest is prominent against the police’s stubborn action.
