Kochi : Dileep approached Supreme Court, in relation to the attack on the actress. Dileep has approached Supreme Court seeking the copy of the memory card that contains the visuals of attack on the actress. Dileep claims that he has the right to get the evidence. Earlier High Court had rejected the request of Dileep demanding the visuals, That is why Dileep has approached Supreme Court with the same request.
The visuals Dileep has requested are the core evidence in the case hence it can not be handed over to Dileep was the High Court’s stand. The prosecution argued that it was a violation of the actress’s privacy. The court accepted the argument of the prosecution. The Court also added that the visuals could not be given due to the special nature of the case. The Government also informed the victim’s privacy was important than the accused’s need. Meanwhile, Dileep and the lawyer had seen the visuals in the court.
