Thiruvananthapuram : Kerala Brahmin Sabha quits State Government’s ‘Vanitha Mathil’. State Government’s dogged stance to destroy the tradition and legacy of Sabarimala will not be supported, Brahmin Sabha declared its stand, against Sabarimala women entry. Sabha also demanded to exclude Karimbuzha Raman, State President of Brahmana Sabha, from the event committee of ‘Vanitha Mathil’.
Karimbuzha Raman has attended to the meeting chaired by the CM regarding the subject. The press release published by the Brahmin Sabha states that, Sabha had already made it clear that no action damaging the long followed tradition and legacy of temple will be supported.
CM has announced that, under the leadership of renaissance organisations and under the organisations those holds to renaissance values ‘Vanitha Mathil’ (wall of women) will be formed on the 1st of January from Kasargod to Thiruvananthapuram. CM has made the announcement after the meeting with various organizations. The NSS, Yogakshema Sabha and Kshatriya Kshema Sabha did not attend the meeting.
