Deepa reached the stage as judge for Malayalam essay writing competition. 3 Judges including Deepa were shifted because of protest. The public was provoked on the grounds of Deepa being accused for poem plagiarism.
Meanwhile the organizers tried to explain that Deepa Nishant was included as a judge on the basis of she herself being a renovated writer.
