Kottayam: Asokan, father of Akhila,who is a victim of conversion has joined BJP.
Ashokan joined the party at Vaikkom Sabarimala protection venue. Party state spokesperson B Gopalakrishnan delivered party membership to Ashokan.
Ashokan was a communist worker. He left the party as his daughter became a victim of conversion. Ashokan had then responded that though he is an atheist, he cannot tolerate his daughter being treated as a suicide bomber or a sex slave.
