Pathanamthitta: The bereaved family of Chandran Unnithan is alleging Police and CPM for the brutal murder of Chandran Unnithan. Wife of the deceased blames that the police, though well aware of the chances of riot, had not taken any precautionary measures and were trying to protect the culprits instead. Chandran Unnithan was totally in distress due to the breach of rituals in Sabarimala. He was an active worker of Sabarimala Karmasamithy.
Meanwhile, Aju and Kannan, the two culprits in stone pelting issue has been taken into police custody.
