Thiruvananthapuram: Finance Minister Thomas Isaac informed while presenting the budget that the construction of Thiruvananthapuram- Kasargod parallel lane will begin this year.The construction will be under joint participation of both central and state government. After the completion, the journey from Thiruvananthapuram to Kasargod will take only four hours.
Finance Minister has presented his tenth budget and LDF Government’s fourth budget this morning.
