New Delhi: In retaliation to the deadly Pulwama attack which claimed the lives of 40 CRPF soldiers, the Jammu and Kashmir administration has withdrawn the security cover of 5 Separatist Leaders.
Those who will lose security cover include Bilal Lone, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, Shabir Shah, Abdul Ghani Bhat, and Hashim Qureshi.
Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh had on Friday asked to review the security cover for those “who take money from Pakistan and ISI”.
According to national media, the Home Minister also accused the Separatist Leaders of being part of the conspiracy to destroy the future of the youth of Kashmir. He said, “They are involved in terror conspiracies too.”
In spite of India giving these Separatist Leaders security cover and other privileges, they have been actively working against India with full support from Pakistan. The ultimate aim of these leaders is the secession of Jammu and Kashmir from India.
J&K Administration officials said, “No security cover will be provided under any pretext to these five leaders and other separatists.”
