According to Kalinga University registrar Sandeep Gandhi, SFI leader Nikhil Thomas did not attend the university. Speaking to Janam TV, Sandeep Gandhi stated that there was no record of a student named Nikhil Thomas, and legal action would be taken against him once his certificate was examined. The news about this first emerged from Malayalam news media, prompting an immediate investigation into the Kalinga University’s database.
Previously, SFI state secretary Arsho claimed to have personally verified the authenticity of Nikhil Thomas’ certificate. However, the response from Kalinga University’s registrar clearly indicates that SFI is supporting Nikhil despite his possession of a fake certificate.
In light of this issue, the principal of MSM college stated that Nikhil had studied at the college for three years, and the management was unaware of any course cancellation on Nikhil’s part. The University of Kerala also implicated MSM college, suggesting a connection to the issue.
